Suggestions Please: In Dilemma

Post by koolguykvs » Wed Dec 21, 2011 4:23 pm

Hi Gurus,
Here is my situation. My company is applying for sponsor license and i have 2 months before my visa expires. I need to get the license for company and then CoS and then apply for visa. There is hell lot of process to go. My Visa expires on 24th Feb and my company is yet to apply(hopefully will apply byt this weekend.)

Even if they do i am having very little hopes of making a successful visa application. So can please suggest me what is the next best thing i can do. if had to leave the country and make an out of country application, will it count as new job (as i have already worked for more than 1 year). What would be the best thing that i need to do. Please suggest me. I am in bit of dilemma :(

Thanks

What is you current immigration status? Why do you think your tier 2 application will not succeed?

hi luca,
right now i am on PSW visa valid till 24th Feb,2012. As there is very limited time (2 months) my company has to get license (atleast 4-6 weeks) then to be issued CoS (which might take one day to 3 weeks as it depends) and then i have to make visa application. Taking all these into consideration i feel it will be very tight for me. What if the company get license and CoS and i have no time apply the visa.

Or else what if the company gets license after i leave the country. I am just considering all the cases. I need some experts suggestion what would be the best step to be prepared for worse situation.

Thanks
