PSW Depent Visa Help .. URGENT !!

Hi,

I recently completed my masters degree and am applying for a PSW visa. I got married last month. My wife currently holds a PSW herself expiring in Jan 2012. She now wants to shift to dependent visa under my PSW.

Can my wife apply along with me, She is in the UK at the moment or does she need to return to her home country and apply from there as a dependent ?

Pls help !!

The change can only be done from outside the UK.
