I am a new member to this board. I have a complex situation. I need advice from you people. Following is my case.


I did Nikkah in January 2011 in Rawalpindi but rukhsatee has not been done. I made the ID card of my wife from Nadra on MY NICOP card and start managing documents for VISA.

Unfortunately things wont go smoothly and my wife deny for rukhsatee. I have put the case in family court for my conjucation rights in rawalpindi. My wife family accept the court papers but they wont appear in court. Court has publish in newspapers but they wont appear in court. So court has given decision in my favor.

In October I went to Pakistan and submit my Divorce documents to a local union council where my wife lives. It a process of of union council they send the documents through a person. When a union council person went there no one is living there and according to law divorce certificate cannot be issued if another party is not available.

I m totally confused what to do. Kindly guide and help me what to do. Can the the divorce certificate be issued from high commission here in London? Thanks
