Hi evrbdy,

I am also victim of CCl college london and got ban of 1 year which is completing in feb 2012. Now again I want to apply foe student visa to uk to pursue Master from university rather than to college for safer side. Will this ban effect my new student visa application for September 2012 intake.
PLz help me on this?

They will not let you enter again. ECO will reject your visa under section 320(11) and you will just end up on heavy financial loss like visa fee + IELTS cost + Consultants fee + CAS Deposit or refund charges + currency conversion charges..bla bla bla.

This is what happened with all CCL cases when they apply for new entry clearance. I personally know about 15 cases who all got 320(11) when they apply after one year ban.

This means there no chances to get entry into uk? But this time i want to apply in University not in college still they will reject ?

Not only student visa will be rejected even your marriage visa application will get 320(11). I know a CCL victim who applied about 4/5 times with student visit visa, general visit visa and 2 Tier 4 applications but all got refused without full appeal rights and AR did upheld those decisions. A marriage visa application also refused with 320(11) but had right of appeal and still in-progress.

You can try if you have some extra savings to bear that financial loss I describe above. Let me know the result as well if you do so.
