I am applying for registration of my daughter for a British citizen under section 1 (3) using MN1 application. She was born in UK. My ILR was stamped in Nov 2011.
Section 2.2 of the form states the addresses for the last 5 years..and section 2.3 asks for the absences from UK during the above residential period. Reading the MN1 form guide (page 20) they state that you should inform about the absences during the last 3 years.
During the last 3 years my daughters absences were 53 days, but between the years 3 to 5 the absences were 310 days. I am confused as to what dates i should be mentioning to them in section 2.3.
Moreover 3 years ago at this time my daughter was in UK whereas 5 years from today she was in India, will this affect the results of the application as in the AN form for the adult it states that I should be present in the country exactly 5 years ago before the application.
Is there a time limit for the absence from UK for children registering for citizenship as adults do?
