Tier2 applicant with share options in the company.

Post by seeker10 » Thu Dec 29, 2011 9:54 am

Hi,

I have read that the tier2 applicants can hold less than 10% of the company's shares. I hold less than 10% of the company shares. Can the amount from shares be added to the basic pay when calculating the gross annual salary?

I will have to mention about my shares in Tier2 application form as there is a column about it. How will UKBA verify my % of shares in the company? Should I get a letter from the Company saying that I hold less than 10% of total company shares?

Previously I was assigned a COS with a wrong job category. My employer had to cancel it and is assigning another one to me. Do I have to mention the cancelled COS number as "Previous Certificate of Sponsorship Number" in the Tier2 application form?

Thank you very much for your time.

regards,
