Are you working as a director of a limited company? Or are you an employee of the recruitment agency in question?
Does it matter if you work as a director of a limited company or as an employee of the recruitment agency ?sushdmehta wrote:Yes, if they are in the register of sponsors (or wish to enrol themselves in) and wish to sponsor and employ you.bhibhibhi wrote:I would like to enquire from anyone in the know whether it is posible for a REC member Recruitment agency to supply a COS ?

Please help, I cant leave my current job , are they any Umbrella companies that can sponsor me for the COS . I meet all the criteria expect that I do not have a sponsor.sushdmehta wrote:As a director of a limited company, you are an employee of the "limited company". If you wish your "limited company" to sponsor your Tier 2 then (if I remember correctly) you cannot hold more than 10% shares in the limited company ... and your limited company must first apply for inclusion in register of sponsors before they can apply for a CoS for you.
The other option to extend your stay is to find a new job where an employer may be ready to sponsor your employment in UK.
