Tier 2 General (Labor market test) ? Help

Im going to aply for Tier 2 General visa next year since I have a job offer to work as accountant. My sponsor needs to pass Labor market test, and put advert for Job 28 days before my visa aplication.
Any experiences? How hard is to pass that? Could he just reject other people that will aply for that job?

1.satisfy labour test requirement for your particularjob title as per code of practice
2.employer can choose to NOT recruit anyone else if he feels you are still the best candidate
