Tier 2 ICT Long Term _ Did not submit offer letter

Hi

I am applying for my UK Tier 2 visa ICT Long Term staff from Saudi Arabia. I have submitted my payslips, 3 months bank statements, letter from employer validating my pay slips, previous UK visa copies, maintenance letter and COS. However, I did not submit any offer letter from the UK branch of my company.

I lived in UK from 2003-2007. I worked in the UK of my current company from 2006-2007. I have worked in Saudi Arabia of the same company from 2007-2011. Is it an issue if I didnt submit the offer letter with my application?
Please let me know.
