My zambrano application refused with no right of appeal. They said I did not submit adequate evidence of dependency. Adequate evidence of dependency, what evidence is that? I submitted letters from the mother of my chikd, child minder, daughter's birth certificate and british pass port, letters from neighbors, relatives. Can someone please explain to me what other documents to submit? thanks for your assistance

Do u leave as afamily,if so,this largly affects the application coz they refuse it on the grounds that the other parent can look after the child.Giving in a letter from the childminder was another problem coz it clearly shows that u r not the sole carer.Basically from my pt of view, this application works more for single parents,if u are single all the evidence u give are btn u and the child.eg letter from school that u take your child to school. letter from the GP that u r registered with your child and if he/she is nt well u take him/her to the GP.letters from neighbours proving that u live with your child.Full birth certificate showing the relationship btn u and the child, your passport, child's passport.
