SEGS to Student VISA to PSW transitional

Hi,

I finished my MSc in 2006 and I applied for SEGS in 2007. While on SEGS I started PhD. I switched from SEGS to Student VISA in 2008. I have now finished my PhD and have been offered a job with good salary. My HR is asking me to apply for PSW under Tier1 (PSW) under transitional arrangement.

Can anyone give me some advice please? My current student visa is expiring in the end of Jan 2012.
