Tier 2 Visa Extention

Hi all,

Currently i am on Tier 2 general VISA, which expires in Feb 2012.

My question is since I going for the extention of my VISA with the same sponsor, what documents i need to present.

Since the application form & policy guidance doesnt clearly mention them. I am confused.

Also I notice if I select option in the application form to be - I am continuing the same job with the same sponsor, I get to skip the maintenace and english requirement as it i am already on Tier2 general visa before the rules from 6th April.

does it mean i dont need to send bank statement and salary slips. or do i still need to send them.
