ILR related query - Postal

Post by sekhar » Fri Jan 06, 2012 12:22 am

Hi,

I am in the process of completing documentation for IRL(Postal), initially thought of PEO option but changed mind purely because of cost !

I have Employee Letters in the format prescribed in this forum, dated 17th Nov 2011. I am planning to submit via postal early next week. As there is a delay of 1.5 months from the date of issue & application date would there be a problem if I submit these letters?

I have recent payslips (ALL) including Dec 2011 and recent bank statements until Jan 2012. P60's for all 5 years.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Which visa you are on at the moment? As there are different rules for every category.
The question is... to be or not to be....

Thanks for your reply Zahid.

I came to UK on 26th Feb 2006 on Work Permit and later this was converted to Tire2 Intra Company Transfer under PBS. Got eligibility for PR on 26th Feb 2011, however at that time did not consider taking PR. During my entire stay in UK I have been with the same employer.
