hello

do you know if I get a Schengen visa from the Dutch Consulate , can I travel to Italy first for a weekend, and later after one month, Can I travel to Netherlands? or do I have to enter Netherlands first?

Im family member of EU citizen.

The information you seek is widely available through a little search.

Short answer: If you travel together with the EU-partner you do not even need a visa, otherwise you need one.

If you do need a visa because you plan to travel alone, the order of where you go first does not matter.

I need a visa , I still have the EEA family permit and dont want to apply for residence card yet. I have an appoinment for the visa soon and I want to apply with the dutch consulate cos it is near the city I am living , but I dont know if I can use that visa from them to travel Italy first!, I read somewhere and said that "you should apply for the country you will spend more time or the first country you enter".

What you read is correct so you apply to the Dutch consulate.
