Hi everyone, firstly let me say that my question is based on a question that I have been given for an assignment for uni, to which I am finding it hard to gather the relevent information....
The case is: A French construction company has won the design and build contract for the accommodation areas within the north west. However the client is concerned that the companies project manager does not live in the UK and plans to commute from France on a regular basis. Therefore the client requires the project manager to reside nearby in order to be on hand to deal with any issues without delay.
I understand that under Article 45 / 50 of the TFEU that there can be no discrimination/ restriction to workers from a member state; however could the clients request still be valied due to the safety of the public / workers? as stated in article 52?
Im a little confused on this and would really appreciate any help!
Thanks
