Can I still work while my appeal in process?

I am a tier 4 student. before expiring visa I made an application later on it was rejected due to college suspended. From June i am in appeal. very soon i will get hearing date .
can anyone please make me free from confusion that i still have right to work or not?

1. If section 3C in force then all the visa conditions are extended untill a decision has been reached.
2. So in u case yes u can.
