Hi there,
I am currently at a Tier 2 (General) Migrant visa and I need to apply from inside the UK to extend my visa with a new CoS (released by my sponsor).
The Tier 2 form is sometimes confusing, and I am not sure if I need to check the English Language and Maintenance and the Salary/Funds section as:
You currently have entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain as a:
Tier 2 Migrant;•
Jewish Agency employee;•
Member of the Operation Ground Staff of an overseas-owned airline;•
Minister of Religion, Missionary or Member of a Religious Order;•
Representative of an Overseas newspaper, News Agency or Broadcasting • Organisation;
or
Work Permit holder
So, in this case, I don't need to send the documents to prove that again, right?
Anyone can give me a hand with that?
I read somewhere that I should send the English language proficiency certificate again since the UK Border Agency may have some probles. I used the certificate once for my first entry clearance, when applying in my country.
Any help will be brilliant!
Thank you all
cheers
