PTE Academic Score

Hi All,

I have given PTE Academic test to score points for Tier 2 general visa applying from outside my scores are as below overall 58Communicative Skills
Listening -65
Reading -47
Speaking -71
Writing -48

Under enabling skills.
Grammar -44
Oral Fluency -66
Pronunciation -88
Spelling -21Vocabulary -49
Written Discourse -42

My question is will the marks that I scored for spelling (21) hamper the 10 points or they will only consider the Communication
Skills score of (58).Please experts let me know your views on this.
