Hi Moderator,

Greetings,

I am currently working in UK from past 18 months on Tier 2 (ICT). My wife has got her Tier 2(ICT) getting extended from Feb 2012 for 18 months period.

Considering the above situation, which VISA would you recommed me to process between Tier (ICT) dependent visa / Tier 2 General Visa given the fact that my VISA is getting expired in the next 3 months?

For job consideration which visa would have more preference?
