Plz help~ Abt TSB bank accounts

Post by Jenny006 » Tue Jan 10, 2012 9:16 pm

Is there anyone using TSB account to apply PSW?
I didn't notice that my current account went below 800 pounds for ten days in November. However, the amount in my current account and my Easy Saver account together is more than 800. I did transfer money bk to current account right after.
In this case, can I hand in both accounts' bank statements with a cover letter to explain the situation?

thx!

During that 10 day period when your current account balance went down, did the balance in your easy saver account mean that your total balance was at least 800 pounds? For example, if your current account balance dropped by £100 from the 10th Nov. to 20th Nov, did you have at least £100 pounds in your easy saver account (or any other account in your name) during this period?

If so, then you should be fine. Just send both statements.
