Tier 1 (General) Dependent Visa query

Hi All,

I will be applying for my wife's Dependent visa. She is in India currently.

I have a query regarding the below question on the online visa application form:
1. Main Applicant's normal country of residence

What should I mention here?

I am currently in UK on Tier 1 General visa. The form also has a question - Where is your spouse/partner now? For which my wife has mentioned "UK".

I believe it will be UK. Because you are residing in UK.

I am filling UK for the above question.

Now, can you help me as well.

I am stuck while filling the form, Section 6 - Employment and Finances

My wife used to work but she resigned last month and now she is unemployed and her family look after her all expenses.

I am going to sponsor her in UK by showing all the tenancy agreement and bank statements. Could you please guide me, what should I write under:

SECTION 6: Employment & Finances

Do you receive income from any other sources‚ including friends or family?

Do you have savings‚ properties or other income‚ for example‚ from stocks and shares?

How much of your monthly income is used to support your family members?

How much do you spend each month on living costs?

Will my normal country of residence be "UK" even if I have been in UK for less than 6 months at the time of application in last one year?

Below is what I have mentioned for a similar situation:

No

No

0

How much do you spend each month on living costs?
3000 Indian Rupees

Will my normal country of residence be "UK" even if I have been in UK for less than 6 months at the time of application in last one year?

I believe if you are planning to stay in UK for long then you should put UK.

From where you are justifying this money coming from?

Are you or your partner is providing any bank statements or fixed deposit or any other funds from her family or from your family apart from you sponsoring her?
