Hi friends,

Issue : Switching Post study work(PSW) to Work permit (Tier 2)

Job title : SOFTWARE TESTER
Salary : 23k
date of joining : 10th oct 2011
visa Expire : 06th march 2012


Subject :
my name is yuvan, working as a software tester in London,
october 10th i joined my company, my visa is going to expire march 06th 2012.
so last month, i requested my company COS, my company have A level at the same time my company already have sponsorship License as well, but my company rise the issue you dont have 6 months working current employment so we are going to check RLT (Resident Labour Test)
BUT

My salary is 23 K and the Code of practice requires it to be 28K for Test Analyst so my company not able to proceed any more my application so my company request me you can your visa extension your own.

so please friends i am in confusion i am not get any idea how to extend my visa. if i not extend my visa i am going to loose my job so please
tell me if any other chance to extend my visa ( or) is their any chance to request my company Again.
if i counted total days i worked my company
from start day to visa expire as follows...
from October 10th @2011 to march 06th 2012
total 4months 25 days
so missing 35 days if i switch over PSW to Tier 2 so is it mandatory for 6 months work current employer ?????

2) if anybody know any companies sponsor work permits can you please give me the number i will contact them please

tier 2 is your only option... if you keep wanna work and not be a student again.

find something which is similar to software tester but with lower salary requirement, in code pf practice... convince your employer thats the next best thing.

apply on that basis

I think I have told you this some time ago. There is no way to "extend your visa" as PSW cannot be extended. You can either go for TIER2 or go back to TIER4 student.

You need a valid COS to apply for a TIER2 and you must satisfy other requirements to score points. specially if you haven't worked for your company for the last 6 months they MUST do a RLMT. You MUST be paid according to the SOC and you must satisfy English requirements etc..

No other way around this I'm afraid
