Maintenance fund by using my father Fixed deposit???????????

Maintenance fund by using my father Fixed deposit???????????

I am applying my PSW visa in india but i have one doubt in maintenance fund (1000 pounds in my father's joint account both me and my father and remaining 1800 pounds in my father fixed deposit)... but i asked in the VFS application center they said u can use your father fixed deposit and get a letter to father.. but still i am worrying can anyone give me a valid feedback asap plzzzz...........

Both accounts have to have your name in it. As far as I know, they would not consider the one with 1800 pounds in it.

Wazobia is right. You can only rely on funds in your name-which can include a joint account for psw applications. It is different than tier 4 which does allow you to rely on parent's funds.
