I just want to confirm that can anyone else pay my application fee from their credit card as I dont have much money in my account apart from maintenance funds...and I dont have my degree certificate yet and not even a transcript, so can I only attach a PSW letter which confirms my award.

There is no condition for you to pay for the application yourself. However, you will have to get the person who is paying to sign on the page that asks for credit card details.

Your PSW letter from the university confirming your name, course attended, duration of degree, and confirming that your certificate will be sent out later, should be just fine.
