I came to the UK in 2008 as a dependent of my husband who is a student. I have three kids, two of which are born in the UK. My relationship with my husband failed due to him beating me, to an extent that the neighbour who witnessed had to call the police.

Thereafter, since he intends to return to Nigeria, I have been receiving threats from him and his family that they will fix me. As a result, my mental health is at stake and am on anti-depressants right now.

What are the chances of me applying under humanitarian grounds? Please advice
