Payslips Doubt

Post by koolguykvs » Tue Jan 17, 2012 10:56 am

Hi All,
To provide payslips for tier 2 application, my company used to send them online for while and then they stopped that. They started to send the payslips to home. The problem here is after they started to send the payslips to home, i changed my address and i dont have last 6 months payslips. after i updated the address i just got 2-3 payslips. Is there any other option that i can utilise????

if you want urgent advice, pay a professional for it. Being rude and impatient here is not going to get you anywhere.

Hi koolguykvs,

Can you please elaborate the scenario?
I understand that you have only 2 out of last 6 months payslips.

I have a couple of questions and I can clarify if you answer them.

1.) Are you switching your current immigration category/ extending Tier-2?
In this scenario, your bank stament would be enough since your Sponsor has paid you the money in your bank account.
2.) Can you employer print the payslips if you request them?

Regards

Who are sponsoring you

parent company OR subsidiary company?

If the parent company is in the list of sponsors and they are sponsoring you, then you only need the bank statements from the last 6 months to prove that you are working for them.

If the subsidiary company is in the list of sponsors and they are sponsoring you, then ask the subsidiary company's HR to print the last 6 months payslips on a headed paper. Also get a letter from the HR confirming the authenticity of the payslips and get a signature of HR and company seal on every payslip including the payslip authenticity letter. This will be enough to prove that you are working for the employer for more than 6 months.

Well, it is up to you to ask the HR. How would you expect the answer from me. If I was the HR I would not mind giving you. Legally a company should provide a payslip for the employer if he/she requests for one.
