Tier 2 dependant visa for Wife

My wife wants to apply for Tier 2 General dependants visa from Nigeria, what documents does she needs from me ?

What documents does she needs to show.....

Thanks for the info. I am looking excetly the same info too. Just wonder does dependent need to pass English test too, which level and what English test eligible for the application?

Hi All,

It has been a long long month for me and now finally getting all documents arranged and putting through online application via www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk.

Then while filling in application froms we are stuck with one categories which about my work permit start date in Part 7 > Employment Dependant > Sponsor

Questions was my WP start date was Oct 2007 but on the fields "the date must be today or later". So i am confuse i cannot put in my WP date.

Really hope someone can help or point us to the right directions. Or maybe a contact number which i can call up and tell them this issue. I really appreciate your help and advice on this...... thanks

Put today's date (or the date you will be completing the form) and hand write (in pen and ink) an explanation (next to the same question) on the copy of the form that you print and submit to the VAC.

It's usual to make such corrections on the printed version in this manner.

Cheers, will put through the Online Application form today.

Also, i will include a note on section 9 - Additional Information saying the correction date and the reason of system not accepting date i wanted.
