Hi all!
If company does not supply itemised call lists how do i get around that problem.
Can anybody help me, please.

Well that's one of the most common problem with the phone call records.

If you do not get the itemised bills, which is the case with almost all the phone companies now a days. You can provide screen shots of the calls history if you login to your account online, if this service is available from your phone company.

I have printed bills from my telephone provider but there only Connect Telecom numbers and there are not direct numbers who i phoned to .
The telephone provider cant help me as well . I dont know what to do.

I have a similar case but I use O2 International Favourites. However there is a International numbers manager screen where the connected international with the local UK number is displayed.

I am using the O2 website page where the international is given and the print outs of the itemised bill. If you have something similar, you can do the same. Just make sure you explain that the connect number is actually the number connected to your spouse's phone.
