My sister got her Tier2 visa approved in India and has flown to UK. However, now the sponsoring company is not willing to allow her to join citing recession and has asked her to wait or go back. Her sponsorship certificate is not yet revoked.

Q) Can she stay back and look for another sponsor here? If yes, how long can she legitimately seek a new sponsor from within UK before her visa is invalidated and is asked to go back.
