I have just recieved my Tier1 PSW .Could anyone please can tell me that can i start business on PSW visa or there is any restriction to do business on PSW ?

You can do your own business. There are exceptions (I think being a Doctor is one of them), but they should be clearly written in the package containing your PSW from the UKBA
