How much time for EC??

Hello,

Any idea how much time EC normally takes??

I have recd. my HSMP in June end and i have a deadline of Dec end to apply for EC..

I am planning to apply for EC in Nov middle from Bombay-India, as i am stuck in US for a project on H1 visa..
So my queries are,

1)How much time EC normally takes ??
2)In worst case scenerio, if i am called for EC Interview , how much time it will take??
3)Just in case, if my EC stamping deadline is missed (Highly unlikely), can i ask for a new HSMP letter??

Call up the nearest VFS office and find out. They will give you the most accurate information.

3)Just in case, if my EC stamping deadline is missed (Highly unlikely), can i ask for a new HSMP letter??

Read the guidelines (application guidelines) and you'll find out about the circumstances under which a duplicate approval letter can be requested.
