Two CoS

Hi,

I have been offered a job from two different companies and yet to decide which one to join. I am currently on a Tier 2 Gen visa. Both the new companies are in the process to issue me an Unrestricted COS (market labour test,etc already done).

My question is if I go with one of them, will two Cos cause a problem. As in by the time I apply for tier 2 general with one company; there is a chance that another company might have issued me a cos as well.
Do I need get one cos cancelled before applying for Tier 2 General (change of employment)?

Thanks for your reply.
Does that mean, I can have multiple COS assigned at a time. And I can use one assigned COS to get Tier 2 Visa.

And therefore, I can ask the other employer to cancel the COS once my leave to remain is applied from other sponsor.

I am no expert but if you read point A1 number 277. It states that you can only be issued one COS at a time. So I believe its a case of deciding which employer you want to go with and basically if its not the one that has already given you a COS then asking them to withdraw it
