LIUKT for English requirement?

I have a question to the members of this forum; I'm on a work permit visa issue in 2008, I've married my spouse (British) 6 months ago, now I would like to apply for a spouse of British Visa but now I can see that one of the requirements is a English certificate, I've done LIUK test which I've passed, would that be good enough for this type of application?

Hi grinconesmo

I have seen on this forum that LIUK is not acceptable by UKBA for the English Test requirements of the Settlement (Spouse VISA). So either do an English test or prove if your degree course was taught in English medium.
Feb 2012 - Spouse Visa - New Delhi
Mar 2012 - Documents collected - VISA Granted
March 2014 - ILR Granted
Apr 2015 - Applied for Naturalisation
Nov 2015 - Naturalised
