Want to apply for discreational leave, and wanted to find out if I can do it on my own without a lawyer? If so what forms do I use.

what kinda discretionary leave you applying for plus whatz your current status in the uk

hi
I have no valid visa to remain in the UK. I would like to apply on the basis that I have a british child and in a relationship with someone with ILR.
HAve been in the uk since 2002, was on a student visas till 2010 when I applied for a post grad and it was refused. tried to get appeals but was refused thats when i found out i was pregnant and was scared to leave incase I wont be allowed in

best thing to do is get a solicitor because they would use the you overstayer on your refusal.
