hi all i am due to apply for naturilisation in april 2012 but i have some broblem to clarify. in jully 2011 i receive a fixed penalty notice with £30 fine which i pay promptly for parking on the wrong place and in november 2011 i receive another fixed penalty notice for drving without MOT with £60 wich agains i pay. for both case i did not go to court it was given on the spot by the police.my worry is in november2011 just few month after i pay for the £30 i receive a call from the magistrate court saying that they will refund the £30 back as the fixed penalty was duplicated which they did. my point is i do understand that you should not have more than 1 fixe penalty notice in the last 12 month but in this case what should i do? please help
