child benefit

Post by drpbalaji1960 » Wed Jan 25, 2012 8:58 am

Dear members
Sorry i could be asking the same question which is been asked before.

i'm applying for child benefit. its regarding the documents which i need to send. i'm on ILR and my wife is on ILR too. we got them recently.

My question is do i need to send documents of both myself and my wife or just mine. if so do i need to photocopy of the ilr page in the visa.

Thanks

Regards

Balaji

Hi Balaji,

Did you start receiving the benefits? Can you please let me know on the Documents and timelines as below-

1. The documents you submitted were childs original birth certificate and photocopy of the ILR. Please confirm if any other doc is/are required.
2. When did you apply?
3. When did you receive the original birth certificate back?
4. When did you start receiving the benefit?

I will appreciate if you can pass on the above details to me. I'm in the process of appling for my child benefit.
