I dont think so, unless you successfully get PR or British Citizenship you cannot sponsor anyone on FLR (M)

Also how long sinice your divorce and date of re-marriage, HO might smell a rat here and take your marriage to EEA national undertaken for immigration purposes.

i was just gonna say that, you might be genuine but its been a lot of these cases around these days so home office are more of suspicious to this kind of situations..

if i were you i would just leave it for now, until you become british..

because in reality when you get divorce you dont really feel that you want to go into another marriage (big responsiblity),, thats for me at least..

but sometime Peoples culturs are different because they have to be married they cant just be in a relationship without marriage..

so good luck but wait for now

You may succeed in secceed in securing ECO for your wife under Article 8, if you can show you meet all the conditions of the Immigration rules as a sponsor save for leave to remain, and your situation can be assimilated to any holder of a temporary leave to remain or a settled person.

You could either wait for the two years, hopefully rules will not become more restrictive than they are today, or you can get a good lawyer, and prepare for the possibility of Judicial Review.

Hi Obie

Would the same be applicable for any other relative? I am enquiring related to the thread, you are had replied to, regarding my mother.

Perhaps, I could apply for my PR and her dependant visa as soon as my PR is finalized. Please advise.
