I am seeking French long term work VISA (Temporary Secondment).
I need a particular information to file my application.

"The applicable "position" and "coefficient" of the assignee as per the
levels of the collective bargaining agreement ("position et coefficient
applicable � l'emploi")"

Can please someone help me with "position" and "coefficient" thing.
