Where can I take my Turkish girlfriend?

I'm a UK citizen and my Turkish girlfriend is living in the UK on a student visa. I want to organise a surprise short holiday for the two of us but I'm not sure which countries in Europe, if any, I should be considering without having to organise a Visa for her. Can anyone shed any light on this for me please, or am I going to have to stay in the UK and boost the British Tourism industry?
