Anyone completing MSc in Jan 2012 applying for PSW ?

Hi All,

Is there anyone who is completing MSc in Jan 2012 and planning to apply for PSW before its closed ? I see two issues here for such people including myself:

1) We have to wait until our qualification has been awarded. i.e. the results have to be officially announced including thesis work which will happen only after complete evaluation and approval by individual University's senate body. In my case, my department says this would happen only on March 29th and they could give the approval to registry to provide me the visa letter only then.

2) The official last date for PSW applications is not yet put up on the UKBA's webpage. Though many news articles and university websites state that it is April 5th, 2012, I am still not sure why UKBA has not put this information up on their web page. UKCISA says that the date could be even April 1st 2012.

If there is any one in similar situation, I would like to hear your thoughts on these.

though I am not in the same situation, However I would suggest you to prepare you application and everything by that time and only leave the letter. Universties sometime issue letter just a few days ago because of results announcements so stay in touch with the university towards the end. there is no confirmation for the end date. However if your application arrives to UKBA before end date that they have to consider it.
