Receipt for the application fee

Hello,
Soon, I'll apply for an extension and have a chance to claim the application fee from my employer.
The problem is, as far as I remember, Home Office was not sending any kind of paper regarding the receipt of the fee.
Does anybody know how I can request a receipt for the payment?

1) If you are paying by Debit / Credit card, it will show up on your statement

2) If you are paying by postal order / Banker's Draft / cheque you can make a photocopy

3)* In person at PEO. I am not sure if they provide a receipt for this one. In any case this will show up on your statement if you pay by card.

attach these to your employer's expense claim form.

**UKBA does not send any payment receipt.

I thought when you pay by card at PEO, they provide a copy of transaction slip with total money paid, incl. authorisation number from their card processing machine, same like you would get in any supermarket.
