Am i eligible for applying ILR

Hi ,

I was on workpermit from ( 2005 -2010 ) later migrated to tier-1 fromn 2010.

But in the tenure of work permit i was in uk for ~3-4 months a year .

2005 : Aug to November( 4 Months WP)
2006 : April to November( 8 Months WP)
2007 : August to November(4 Months WP)
2008 : July to September(3 Months WP)
2009 : March to May (3 Months WP)
2010 : July to Sept (3 Months COS)
2010: Oct to Till date (15 Months Tier -1 ) .

I wonder if i am eligible to apply for an ILR Next year somtime in February 2013 ( If the PR Rules are still intact )
