Is there premium service for Entrepreneur visa available?

Is there premium / apply in person service available for Entrepreneur visa?

I checked Border Agency website. It is quite confusing because it is written in price list for premium service. However, on premium service page it is not included in the list of visas. And there is no information about applying in person in Applying section of Entrepreneur visa.

So it looks like it is not available for this visa. Can anyone confirm please?
