dependent visa.

Post by parinita_kothari » Mon Jan 30, 2012 6:05 pm

Hello i am going to apply for a tier 4 dependent visa. I am currently working with a company in india. Do i need to provide any official documents for like a leave letter or a resignation letter along with my visa applications?

If not, then what are the kind of documents that I need to provide them with if i am showing that I am employed.

your employment in India is irrelevent to your application.

But I was informed that its mandatory to provide proper official letters mentioning that i wish to terminate my job or take a leave because i have to accompany my husband in UK.

If there is no need for any such documents mentioned above then do i need to show my appointment letter or last 3 months salary slip to prove that i am working.

Please also note that i am applying from India and I have heard that UK immigration team are really stringent and particular about the proofs we are submitting and it can lead to cancellation of my visa, if any documents are not provided to backup my information that i have feed in my application.

My Visa consultant. I was wondering will a cover letter mentioning that i would like to resign from my work once i have received my letter would suffice.
