I am hoping someone can help me. I am a UK citerzian and i want to marry my bf from kenya as we have recently found out we are expecting our first baby & of course i love him! he is currently here on a visitor visa, is it possible for us to get married in our church given his current status? please any help is appreciated. Thanks

You can get married without additional permission.

However, he should then leave the UK and apply to return as your spouse.
