Advice needed on Accommodation for Family visitor visa.

Post by catandcanary » Sun Feb 05, 2012 3:40 pm

I am getting my parents in law to UK in April for a visitl.
Thay are planning to submit their visa application in the next couple of weeks.
Now my problem is the property I am renting is leased until March 30th. My parents in law are planning to stay with me from April to May.
I am not sure if I will extent the lease on this property or move out and find a new place.
Under this situation what is the best way to provide proof of accommodation for them?
Should I show the lease (rental agreement) dated till March 28 or can any other docs be shown (like coucil tax, bank statement, utility bills etc.)?
Or should I book a hotel for their stay and cancel it after they get their visa?
Or is there any other solution to this?
Thank you for any input you may have!
