Marriage Under Tier 2

Hello,

I'm currently working in the UK under a Tier 2 visa and my partner is currently studying in the UK under a Tier 4 visa and we are both from Asia. I was wondering if it is able for us to get married civilly in the UK? If it's the case, would my partner be able to stay in the UK after finishing the studies and which type of visa should my partner be applying for?

Marriage in the UK is possible.
Afterwards, partner may apply for a dependant entry clearance.
