reapplying for the visa after having overstayed.

Post by rminhaz » Mon Feb 06, 2012 1:09 am

Hi everyone, new here, I am from Bangladesh, I was studying at the University of Birmingham, but unfortunately failed my second year on 15th sept. 2011. The university allowed me to make an appeal, whose decision came back on 26th oct as a rejection.I finally left the UK on 2nd Feb 2012, mainly because before that i was trying to apply to other universities but to no avail. Now i want to apply for student visa again for sept 2012. How do i do so and what are the chances for success.? Please help me on this one as my future depends on it.[/quote]

Unfortunately, if you overstayed for over 28 days before departing the UK, then you may be subject to at least a one year ban.
