Dependant HSMP

Though it has been clarified that a dependant under the HSMP scheme can also make an in-country HSMP application. I would like to find out: 1)how soon after arrival in the Uk this application can be made.
2)should the application be made after the dependant gets a job

It is up to you when you want to apply. Best is you should apply as soon as you enter. If she was working earlier then she can submit last 12 months salary slips(+IT statement). She neednot join a job for applying. There is no such clause in HSMP guidance.
