I am a uk born female living in wales and i am engaged to an indian who is in uk on a student visa expiring in dec 2007. He is studying full time and working part time and i am a mum living on benefits (income support, housing benifits and child benifit).
We do not live together (he lives in london and i live in wales).
We want to get married in angelican church in my parish, but are worried as we think that the home office will reject his application for marriage visa because i am on benifits and he works part time in london.
is there any way we can get married.
